A Place To Begin Exactly Where You Are

I combine 20+ years of community experience and training with somatic Thai Bodywork, accessible yoga therapy, and personalized wellness support in a deeply grounded, unhurried cranberry bog setting, where the harmonious sounds of nature mingle with the serene atmosphere. My approach not only emphasizes physical health through tailored bodywork and yoga therapy sessions but also nurtures mental and emotional well-being, creating a holistic environment that fosters personal growth and self-awareness. True nervous system reset happens when we step out of the rush. Here, your wellness is supported by the quiet rhythm of nature, the wisdom of somatic touch and mindful movement. This nature infused sanctuary creates space for clients to come as you are, and leave a little more connected to yourself. It's not about touching your toes, it's what you learn on the way down

Hello, my name is Sandi ~ Owner & Wellness Practitioner @ The Zen Den Collective.

I’ve always been a little more interested in vision than destination.

I’m a curious, creative, fiercely compassionate human who believes in the power of connection, the courage to change, and the possibility of creating something new when the old way no longer fits. I’ve never been afraid of a little uncertainty. Some of the most meaningful chapters of my life have begun with a leap into the unknown.

For more than 20 years, I worked in nonprofit leadership, public health, substance use prevention, treatment and recovery, community advocacy, and grassroots change. I learned how to build things, navigate systems, organize people, and turn big ideas into meaningful action. But underneath all the strategic plans, goals, objectives, and outcomes, I’ve always been a visionary at heart.

Early in 2023, I took a free-fall leap from the career I had built over two decades into a new chapter I couldn’t fully see yet. Yoga and wellness have been part of my life for nearly 30 years, but as a single mom, I was never in a position to truly pursue this path. Eventually, the timing, vision, and courage came together.

Today, I bring my life experience, professional background, and training into a whole-person approach to wellness. My training includes a master’s degree in community development, 800-hour Yoga Therapist Training, Thai Bodywork Level 1, Reiki I, 300-hour RYT, Yoga 12-Step Recovery, and recovery coach training.

Through yoga therapy, recovery wellness support, Thai bodywork, mindfulness, and nature-based practices, I create space for individuals, couples, small groups, and communities to explore what wellness can look and feel like for them.

I’m less interested in telling you what to do or how to do it, and more interested in helping you listen for what matters to you. What are you curious about? What wants to shift? What do you want to create, experience, or make space for?

I care deeply about accessibility, inclusion, and the imprint we leave behind. I want to contribute more than I take, remain mindful of our relationship with the natural world, and create spaces where people can connect more deeply with themselves, each other, and the world around them.

And yes, there’s a little adventure and horsepower in me, too. I love the energy of racing and the reminder that life doesn’t always have to be slow, serene, or perfectly balanced to be meaningful. Sometimes you need to put your foot down and go.

You won’t find perfection here. You’ll find honesty, curiosity, compassion, creativity, a little grit, a little grace, and a willingness to explore what’s possible.

Whether you pull up a yoga mat, settle into a chair, step outside, or simply arrive with an open mind...

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
