A nature-bound space for EveryBody ~ EveryMind

We combine 20+ years of community experience and training with somatic Thai Bodywork and accessible yoga therapy in a deeply grounded, unhurried cranberry bog setting, where the harmonious sounds of nature mingle with the serene atmosphere. Our approach not only emphasizes physical health through tailored bodywork and yoga therapy sessions but also nurtures mental and emotional well-being, creating a holistic environment that fosters personal growth and resilience. True nervous system reset happens when we step out of the rush. Here, your wellness is guided by the quiet rhythm of nature, the wisdom of somatic touch and mindful movement. This nature infused sanctuary creates space for clients to come as you are, and leave a little more connected to yourself. The Zen Den in Carver is available to host small group workshops, SUP yoga, and outdoor experiences. Contact us at info@zendenco.com

It's not about touching your toes, it's what you learn on the way down

I'm Sandi Johnson, and I'm so glad you're here.

The Zen Den Collective is a place to slow down, reconnect, and remember that healing doesn't have to happen alone. I work to hold compassionate, inclusive space, both virtually and in person, for individuals, couples, small groups, and community gatherings through restorative, evidence-informed wellness practices that honor the whole person.

For more than 20 years, I worked in nonprofit leadership, serving communities through behavioral health and grassroots initiatives. While the work was deeply meaningful, I eventually realized I needed to care for myself with the same intention I had spent years offering others. Choosing a new path wasn't leaving that work behind, it's an extension of it.

I've always believed that growth begins when we're willing to embrace change with curiosity and courage. That belief has guided both my personal journey and the way I support others today.

My work blends professional training with lived experience. I'm an 800-hour Yoga Therapist (aug.2026) through YogaLife Institute, with additional certifications in Thai Bodywork, Reiki Level I, 200hr Baptiste Power Yoga, and Yoga 12-Step Recovery. Together, these practices offer an integrated approach to supporting the body, mind, energy, and nervous system.

Today, I bring these experiences together through yoga therapy, recovery support, Thai bodywork, mindfulness, and whole-person wellness. My intention is to support you in cultivating greater ease, clarity, resilience, and authentic connection, while honoring your unique path.

You won't find perfection here. You'll find honesty, compassion, curiosity, and a space where you're welcome exactly as you are.

So whether you pull up a yoga mat, settle into a chair, or simply arrive with an open mind...

Welcome. I'm honored to be part of your journey.
